OUR HISTORY
Since 1996, ATCOM has served as the leading voice and advocate for Trust and Corporate Service Providers (TCSPs) in Gibraltar. As a proud member of Gibraltar's Finance Center Council (GFCC), ATCOM collaborates with various associations representing different sectors within the financial services industry to advance our objectives and further the benefit of financial services in Gibraltar.
Over almost 3 decades, we have played a pivotal role in shaping the landscape of the industry, championing professionalism, integrity, and excellence in fiduciary services.
Our Affiliation with the GFCC
The GFCC is an integral body in Gibraltar's financial services sector, established in 1996 with the objective of promoting the economic interests of Gibraltar by developing the finance center. Representatives of all of Gibraltar’s financial services industry associations, including ATCOM, are members of the GFCC.
The council meets regularly with the Minister for Commerce, Finance Centre Department Government officials, and the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission (“FSC”). As a member of the GFCC, ATCOM actively participates in shaping finance center policy and legislation, contributing to the development and growth of Gibraltar's financial services industry.
